If you're in some Best Buy about to plunk down money for a boombox, headphones or multiroom sound system, stop. You might be better off with a Bluetooth speaker. For almost 2 years, I have been using various DACs when reviewing headphones or earphones. I consider DACs essential and I tell everyone who will listen why I think so. But it's not lost on me that most people will never buy a DAC because their music -Drake and nicki - proud of you playing in my headphones and lady gaga - bad romance on tv ... Sick one!!

You'll have to pay $200 for the One S, though -- a lot when you can buy phones like the Nokia Lumia 900 for $50 from other carriers. The One S is a downright bargain compared with the $1300, German-engineered headphones we reviewed this week. -awkward roommate gets up, turns on tv and proceeds to stay on his laptop with headphones in. Cool, man.
